We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied  with the purchase then we are happy to offer returns.

Right to return

  •  The return period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
  • In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Deepali Nainwal, Forsthaus 34, 40883 Ratingen, telephone no.: +4917660921668, e-mail address: contact@heritagemoda.com) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an E-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the below shown model cancellation form for this, however, this is not mandatory.
  • To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient for you to send e-mail communication concerning your exercise of the right of return before the return period has expired. If you return some (or all) the products, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return.
  •  We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
  •  We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your interest to return. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
  • You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

In the unlikely case, if you get the product in damaged condition then we request you to send us a photo of the damaged product as soon as possible.

Exceptions to policy:                                                                                         

The right to cancel as well as the right to return do not exist for the following items:

  • Orders for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized
  • Gift Cards
  • Partially used Gift Cards

For international orders, we will not refund customs duties and local taxes incurred when the goods arrive at the destination country.

Note: No refunds would be issued in case the order doesn't reach you because the delivery address given by you in the check out form was incorrect or had wrong post code details.
