Shipping costs
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
- Domestic shipping costs are €2,99 per order.
- From an order value of 75 € we deliver free of charge.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:
Within Europe:
- €6,99 per order.
- From an order value of 100 € we deliver free of charge.
For deliveries to Non-EU States, additional customs fees or duties can occur during import, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Rest of the World:
- Standard €19,99
- Express €25,99
- Discounted shipping rate of € 9,99 for order value between € 100 and € 199,99 we deliver free of charge.
- Free shipping for orders above € 200
Customs clearance can also affect the transit time for parcels.
Additional customs fees or duties can occur during import, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 5-7 working days, for deliveries abroad within 10-14 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after time of your payment order).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment if we have not made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
